Simple No Bake Energy Balls










Here’s a simple recipe that does not require any special equipment, can be made by anyone and shared with everyone! 1 cup rolled oats2 tablespoons chia seeds or flaxseeds½ cup nut butter (i.e. peanut butter, almond butter)⅓ cup honey½ cup mini semi sweet chocolate chips (optional) Combine oats, seeds, nut butter, honey and chocolate chips in a bowl and mix together. Using your hands, form into balls. Arrange on a baking sheet and put in freezer until they are set, about 1 hour. Enjoy and share!
